Our fifth home is at 416 North Church Street. This house was ready to be demolished. Water damage and termite infestation had destroyed the sill-plates in the front wall making the whole structure unsound and dangerous. The first and second floors were propped up, and the entire front exterior was removed and replaced. The interior woodwork was completely restored in this house, including 8-foot French doors with cut glass panes and a mahogany stairway to the second floor. When the house was completed, we received rave reviews from all of the neighbors.
